01协议接受Acceptance

本《使用条款》（以下简称"本协议"）是你（"用户"）与「可为工作室」（"我们"）之间达成的协议，适用于我们开发的所有 iOS / iPadOS 应用，包括但不限于 苹智条形码、可为智能记账、3D 打印耗材管理（合称"本应用"）。 These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are a contract between you ("User") and Kewei Studio ("we") covering all iOS/iPadOS apps we develop, including but not limited to PinZhi Barcode, Kewei Ledger, and FilaTrack (collectively, the "Apps").

02许可范围License scope

在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项非独占、不可转让、可撤销的有限许可，允许你在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上下载、安装并使用本应用，仅用于个人或工作场景下的合法用途。 Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download, install, and use the Apps on Apple devices you own or control, for lawful personal or work use only.

你不得从事以下行为：You may not:

• 对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编；Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps;
• 将本应用或其任何部分出租、转售、再许可；Rent, resell, or sublicense the Apps or any part of them;
• 删除或篡改应用中的版权、商标或其他权属标识；Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• 将本应用用于任何违反法律法规或第三方权利的活动。Use the Apps for any activity that violates law or third-party rights.

03用户责任User responsibilities

作为本应用的使用者，你同意并承诺：As a user, you agree and represent that:

• 在使用本应用过程中，你输入或扫描的内容（如条码、账单、线材信息等）均为合法、真实，不侵犯他人合法权益；All content you enter or scan (barcodes, transactions, filament info, etc.) is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe on others' rights;
• 你将妥善保管自己的设备及账户，不滥用应用功能；You will keep your device and accounts secure and will not misuse app features;
• 你将自行承担与设备、网络、电力等相关的费用。You bear all costs related to your device, network, and power.

04内购与订阅Purchases & subscriptions

本应用部分功能可能需要通过 Apple App Store 内购或订阅方可解锁。所有付费交易均由 Apple 处理，遵循 Apple Media Services 的相关条款。 Some app features may require an in-app purchase or subscription via the Apple App Store. All paid transactions are handled by Apple and governed by Apple's Media Services Terms.

订阅自动续费（如适用）：除非你在当前订阅周期到期前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将自动续费。你可以随时在 iPhone 「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。 Auto-renewal (if applicable): Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions auto-renew. You can manage or cancel anytime under iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

05知识产权Intellectual property

本应用的所有知识产权（包括但不限于源代码、图标、界面设计、文案、商标、Logo）均归可为工作室所有，受著作权法、商标法及相关国际公约保护。本协议未明示授予的权利，我们均予以保留。 All intellectual property rights in the Apps — including source code, icons, UI, copy, trademarks, and logos — belong to Kewei Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and international law. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

用户在使用本应用过程中创建的数据（如自己生成的条码、账单条目、打印日志等）归用户本人所有。 Data you create while using the Apps (e.g. generated barcodes, transactions, print logs) belongs to you.

06免责声明Disclaimer

本应用按"现状"提供，我们不对应用的功能可用性、错误率、与第三方系统的兼容性、特定用途的适用性等做出明示或默示保证。 The Apps are provided "as is." We make no express or implied warranties about availability, error rates, compatibility with third-party systems, or fitness for a particular purpose.

特别地，对于以下情形我们不承担责任：In particular, we are not liable for:

• 由用户自行输入错误内容导致的扫描或识别失败；Failed scans or recognition caused by user-input errors;
• 由打印设备、纸张或其他外部因素导致的条码扫描失败；Scan failures caused by printers, paper, or external factors;
• 用户未做数据备份导致的本地数据丢失；Local data loss caused by users failing to back up;
• 不可抗力（如设备损坏、系统升级失败等）造成的损失。Losses caused by force majeure (device damage, failed OS upgrades, etc.).

07责任限制Limitation of liability

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用所产生的任何间接、偶然、惩罚性或后果性损害，我们不承担任何责任。我们对你的累计赔偿责任不超过你在过去 12 个月内为该应用支付的费用总额，未付费用户的赔偿责任以人民币 0 元为限。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Apps. Our cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, capped at zero for non-paying users.

08协议终止Termination

你可以随时通过卸载应用终止本协议。如果你违反本协议，我们有权立即终止你的使用许可，无需事先通知。协议终止后，第 5、6、7、10 条仍然有效。 You may terminate this Agreement anytime by uninstalling the apps. If you breach this Agreement, we may immediately terminate your license without notice. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.

09条款变更Changes to terms

我们可能根据法律要求、业务调整或功能升级修订本协议。修订后我们会更新本页面的"最近更新"日期。继续使用本应用即视为接受修订后的条款。 We may revise this Agreement due to legal requirements, business changes, or feature updates. The "Updated" date on this page will reflect revisions. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.

10适用法律与联系Governing law & contact

本协议的订立、解释与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不含其冲突法规则）。因本协议产生的任何争议，应优先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交工作室所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute should first be resolved by friendly negotiation; failing that, by a court of competent jurisdiction at the studio's location.
